In 1983 Val Rand founded Rand's Hallmark and Gift store in the Hillcrest Shopping Center, the flagship store of what would become a chain of 16 card and gift stores stretching across Chicagoland and it's nearby communities. Rand's Hallmark stores carry a wide variety of cards and gifts tailored to fit every occasion you may need, helping the customer express themselves in all situations, from birth to bereavement. Rand's is driven by a philosophy of complete customer service, striving to reach new levels of customer satisfaction each time someone steps into one of our stores or visits one of our sites.
